A business card or identity card is not a legitimisation document!
This check of trade visitors is carried out at regular intervals by Messe Düsseldorf at the request of exhibitors in order to ensure the high quality of trade visitors.
The verification of the submitted legitimation documents takes up to 2 working days after successful registration. If you have newly registered, please make sure that you have confirmed the confirmation email for your registration. We thank you for your patience.
If you personally work in the sector, please send us a document stating the relevant sector and your personal name. Please note that on trade licences, for example, the sector sometimes only appears on the second page. In this case, please submit this document as well.
If you do not currently own a business or are employed in the trade, you cannot be legitimised as a trade visitor.

If your company does not directly belong to the sector, it is unfortunately not possible to authorise trade visitors.
Service providers of the exhibitors (advertising agencies, consultants, etc.) will not be admitted as trade visitors, even a letter of invitation from the exhibitor does not serve as a legitimation document! Only legitimised trade visitors can redeem vouchers. If an exhibitor wishes to invite his service provider to visit the stand, the exhibitor can provide these visitors from outside the industry with exhibitor passes. Please contact the exhibitor directly.
Legitimation or the purchase of a ticket without an email address is not possible. Please register in the ticket shop with your email address.
Each email address can only be assigned to one person. Each trade visitor must register with his/her own email address. This can also be a private email address.
The voucher can be redeemed online in the ticket shop after successful registration and identification. You can redeem a maximum of 3 voucher codes for yourself, as the tickets are personalised. A subsequent change of name on tickets is not possible!

The fair is not sold out. The ticket shop for the event normally always opens 2 to 3 months before the event begins. You can already register in the ticket shop and will be informed by email as soon as the sale starts.
No, each trade visitor registers and legitimises himself with his own email address and proof and then buys his own ticket.
Students aged 16 and over after successful legitimisation. Persons with a disabled pass can purchase a reduced-price ticket on presentation at the box office.
We offer tickets for our events online in advance at a discounted advance price. On-site prices may differ from the online price. You can find more information on our prices page.
Accompanying persons of persons with a disability and the registration number B or H do not need to buy a ticket. They will receive the free admission ticket on site upon presentation of the valid ticket of the severely disabled person and the disabled person's ID card with the B or H registration number.
Due to the system, we cannot make any changes/adjustments to tickets as well as tickets from redeemed vouchers.
Upon request, we can cancel the entire order or parts thereof and refund the refundable amount.
