Generally we advise you not to bring your dog with you to the fairground as tehere are no facilities for animals. But it is not forbidden.

In case of bringing a dog, the owner is responsible for the disposal of the waste. Bag dispensers are located at the entrances in the outdoor area. Drinking bowls are located in front of the outdoor catering area in the indoor area. Assistance dogs (such as guide dogs, signal dogs, dogs for deaf people, medical signal dogs, disabled assistance dogs) may of course always be brought along.

Please note that you do NOT need a letter of invitation from the trade fair company to apply for a Schengen visa at the German Embassy/Consulate. This rule has changed since September 2013 and was adopted by the Federal Government.

For a person travelling to the fair as a visitor, you should submit the following information:
1) Visitor admission eTicket, which can be purchased online.

In addition, please contact the German embassy/consulate from which you will apply for the Schengen visa or visit their official website to find out which other documents you also need to submit in person.

Standard wheelchairs (free of charge) and electric wheelchairs (20,-- €) can be rented at our trade fair outpatient clinic for all trade fairs.

The wheelchairs can carry a maximum load of 100 kg. Standard wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs are only available in limited numbers.

Advance booking is therefore strongly recommended. Below is the link for pre-registration:

The rental coupons for the electric scooters amounting to 20,- € can be purchased at the fair cash desk and exchanged for an electric wheelchair at the fair ambulance.

During the entire duration of the fair, you can hand in your clothes and luggage for storage from 1.5 hours before the official start of the fair until one hour after the end of the fair. The cloakrooms are located in the entrances. The fee is 2 euros per item.

If this email address has already been registered in the past with a different name, please write us the data change by email to privacy@messe-duesseldorf.de.

If the system asks for a password after you have entered your email address, this email address is already registered with Messe Düsseldorf. Registration is valid for all events at Messe Düsseldorf.
Please enter your personal password that you chose during registration or reset your password using the "Forgotten your password? function.

After registering, you can log in to the ticket shop and edit your data via the menu item "Edit personal data".
If your name has changed, please send us an e-mail at privacy@messe-duesseldorf.de to have your data changed.

If you no longer have your password, you can use the "Forgot your password? function to request a new password.

You can also change your password at any time while logged in to the Ticketshop under "Edit personal data".

As an exhibitor at our event, you can order parking tickets in the online order system of the respective event.

The Düsseldorf Ticket is only valid in conjunction with a trade fair admission ticket and photo identification.

Please note that the Düsseldorf-Ticket is valid in the entire Düsseldorf city area (price level A3). For journeys beyond the city limits, we recommend the eezy ticket, available in the Rheinbahn app, or the other Rheinbahn ticket offers.

You can also buy the Düsseldorf ticket for other people. Please add the required number to your shopping cart and personalise these tickets in the next step before making the payment.

The fair is not sold out. The ticket shop for the event normally always opens 2 to 3 months before the event begins. You can already register in the ticket shop and will be informed by email as soon as the sale starts.

There are no box offices on site. Tickets can only be purchased online in advance.

Children from the age of 6 need a day ticket child for 6.00 euros. Children under 6 years of age do not pay admission when accompanied by an adult.

Each person can create an account for themselves with their own registration with their own individual email address and then purchase the card for the Preview Day for themselves and companions, whose card will be personalised during the purchase. No identification is required.

The fair is not sold out. You probably have the maximum number of tickets for your person already in your shopping cart or already purchased.

Valid for schoolchildren from the age of 13, students (student ID must show its period of validity), trainees, persons doing voluntary military service, persons doing federal voluntary service, the unemployed, senior citizens from the age of 65, pensioners, people with disabilities (with a B or H in the ID, the accompanying person has free admission) and Düsselpass holders on presentation of appropriate identification.
Also valid for ADAC, boot.club and CARAVAN SALON CLUB members.

Accompanying persons of persons with a disability and the registration number B or H do not need to buy a ticket. They will receive the free admission ticket on site upon presentation of the valid ticket of the severely disabled person and the disabled person's ID card with the B or H registration number.

We reserve the right to carry out random checks. Please bring your proof with you.

The date cannot be changed. You can cancel the ticket with the wrong date up to 1 day before your arrival to the fair by sending an email to ticket@messe-duesseldorf.de and would then have to buy a new ticket with the correct date. If this is a voucher, it will not be valid again. To redeem a voucher again, you would have to get a new voucher. The unused voucher will not be charged to the exhibitor.

Due to the system, we cannot make any changes/adjustments to tickets as well as tickets from redeemed vouchers.

Upon request, we can cancel the entire order or parts thereof and refund the refundable amount.

Please note that cancellation is only possible up to one day before the scheduled visit date!

If redeemed voucher codes are involved, they cannot be used again after cancellation.

Please note that each individual visitor requires a separate registration when placing a new order. A ticket can then be purchased or a voucher redeemed under this access.
Tickets are not transferable. Each person can only enter the grounds with a ticket issued in their own name. We reserve the right to carry out random checks.

As these are day-dated tickets, you cannot use them on another day. Cancellation of tickets is possible up to one day before the scheduled visit to the fair. After that, no cancellations can be made. It is not possible to rebook tickets.

You can cancel tickets up to one day before your planned visit to the fair by sending an email to ticket@messe-duesseldorf.de. Subsequent cancellation of tickets is no longer possible.

You will receive the invoice by email together with your order in the attached PDF on the last page. Alternatively, you can download your invoice again at any time under "My orders" in the ticket shop.

To use the credit card, you must register for two-factor authentication or 3D authentication with your credit card company. Otherwise, a payment will fail. Credit cards without this authentication will be declined.
In order to complete your ticket order, we recommend selecting another payment method.

If this email address has already been registered in the past with a different name, please write us the data change by email to privacy@messe-duesseldorf.de.

After registering, you can log in to the ticket shop and edit your data via the menu item "Edit personal data".
If your name has changed, please send us an e-mail at privacy@messe-duesseldorf.de to have your data changed.

If the system asks for a password after you have entered your email address, this email address is already registered with Messe Düsseldorf. Registration is valid for all events at Messe Düsseldorf.
Please enter your personal password that you chose during registration or reset your password using the "Forgotten your password? function.

Please check your inbox and spam orders. 

If emails from us do not arrive, it may be because the sender address ticket@messe-duesseldorf.de is blocked by the recipient or cannot be delivered due to a firewall.

If you no longer have your password, you can use the "Forgot your password? function to request a new password.

You can also change your password at any time while logged in to the Ticketshop under "Edit personal data".

Please check whether the voucher code is still in the shopping basket or has already been redeemed and you can download your ticket again under "My orders".
If this is not the case, contact your supplier/issuer for a new, valid code.

You can only redeem vouchers for yourself and not for accompanying persons or other persons, as the tickets are personalised. A subsequent change of names on the tickets is not possible due to the system. Every trade visitor who wishes to redeem a voucher code must register online with their own email address.

No, the parking tickets are day-dated and cannot be used on another day. Please contact GOLDBECK Parking Services GmbH by email: messe-dus@goldbeck-parking.de

If you are arriving by car, you can buy your parking ticket online in advance at Goldbeck Parking's ticket shop if you wish. Alternatively, you can of course pay cash or by card on site when you arrive.

After booking your admission tickets, you will receive an email with your admission tickets as a PDF. In this email you will also find a link to book a parking space for the Caravan Center.

A pitch with electricity cannot be booked in advance. You can ask on site when you arrive if an electricity pitch is available.

Arrival is possible between 04:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. On the booked arrival day, your pitch will be reserved for you from 04:00 p.m.

We advise against arriving before 04:00 p.m. due to expected traffic obstructions for motorhomes. Should you nevertheless plan to arrive before 04:00 p.m., please state the day before your planned arrival in your booking.

From approx. 10:00 p.m. to 07:00 a.m., the site is not accessible due to the night's rest.

Vehicles arriving after 10:00 p.m. can park on the access road to the Caravan Center and then drive up the next morning from 07:00 a.m..

The parking ticket for the Caravan Center must be printed out in advance and placed clearly visible behind the windscreen.

The stay at the Caravan Center cannot be extended on site. Please book the parking tickets in advance in the ticket shop at Goldbeck Parking.
